The Cochrans visited Oklahoma City many times while they lived in Minnesota. During such visits in the early 1940's, Eddie and his parents would stay at this house.  The house belonged to Eddie's uncle Mr. Gillen Hallmark, but was the home of his grandmother Corda Cochran.
